Unravelling the Millennial bug

If you Google the words “Millennials are”, you will be presented with pre-empted searches that are likely to include the words lazy, stupid, killing and screwed up. If you continue with your with your search then your results will show thousands of pages about Millennials – much of it being negative. You will be told how self-entitled they are, how they post selfies every five minutes and how they don’t want to get their hands dirty and work hard.

 

Frankly this kind of commentary really gets under my skin for two reasons. Firstly it is confusing today’s marketers by spreading startling soundbites instead of the hard facts. And secondly, it annoys me because I AM A MILLENNIAL and I cannot relate to any of this nonsense.

 

Motivated by this ‘noise’ we have compiled a report based on our experiences helping schemes improve the way they communicate with Millennials. And it works. Our ideas are created by Millennials for Millennials. We hope you enjoy them.
